Patrick Cagle, Executive Director of JobKeeper Alliance

Patrick Cagle’s interest in job creation formed as a result of his interest in economics and his involvement in Alabama politics. Cagle was only junior in college when he managed his first his campaign and realized his passion for politics. In 2007 he graduated from Auburn Montgomery with a degree in finance and an additional degree in economics. Cagle then served as deputy campaign manager on one of the most watched congressional races in the country. Winning this high profile race launched his political consulting career. After the 2010 election cycle, Cagle left the consulting firm he helped create to expand his expertise and hang his own shingle. He opened Southeastern Strategy, a firm providing new media marketing services in addition to traditional campaign consulting. Cagle’s strategic mindset and instinctive message development abilities have helped him craft and implement successful public opinion campaigns for projects ranging from job creation initiatives to appeals for congressional action.

Cagle became Executive Director of JobKeeper Alliance when the non profit organization was launched in early 2012. He currently serves on the Education Committee for the Economic Development Association of Alabama and the Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee for the Alabama Department of Education.

He and his wife Molly are known to spend most of their free time together in the outdoors. Cagle is an avid scuba diver and outdoorsman and he and his wife enjoy offshore fishing and kayaking the Coosa River.
